Located 300 yards away from the seaside and the landing beaches, your first Bed & Breakfast is a beautifully restored farmhouse where you will be warmly welcomed by your French Hosts. Spend 3 nights there to discover Normandy: from William the Conqueror in the 11th century to the Battle of Normandy in 1944. Many remains of the WWII landings are still visible everywhere and you can quickly access Gold and Juno landing beaches as well as the artificial port of Arromanches or the WW Caen Memorial.

Still in Normandy, but closer to Sainte Mère Eglise and Utah & Omaha beaches, your second "French home" is an imposing mansion that dates back to the 15th century. Your Host - Isa - a true cordon bleu will cook for you a typical dinner that you will share with other guests in the vaulted dining room. If you would like, stop over in Mont Saint Michel, this ancient, beautiful abbey sitting on top of a tidal island. One of France must sees. Experience the Loire Valley "sweet life", its Renaissance castles and gardens, and its famous gastronomy and wines. You will stay there for 5 nights at Flo & Phil’s in their beautifully restored 15th century farmhouse. They know the Loire Valley inside out and can give you precious tips on finding places that tourists usually miss. One evening they will invite you to a local products tasting: savor different local wines together with many small portions of regional delicacies.

You’ll stay in a very central place to discover all the marvels of the Loire Valley: the castles of Chambord, Chenonceau and Azay-le-Rideau, the old cities of Saumur, Chinon and Amboise. For wine lovers, we have planned a special wine tasting. You will have the opportunity to taste 5 different wines – some of them very old - accompanied by delicious local cheeses or cold cuts.

Your journey ends in Giverny. This tiny unchanged village takes you back to the 19th century, when Claude Monet created a new art movement: impressionism. Monet's gardens are beautifully maintained exactly as they were when Monet painted them. History, culture, gastronomy, "the sweet life": this is France!
