The Swedish west coast north of Göteborg, with its thousands of islands and islets, is known as Bohuslän. A mecca for sea kayaking, the outer Skärgärd (sheltering islands) provide many different routes through these craggy, granite archipelagos to explore. Dramatic landscapes surround us as we begin our journey in the small town of Lysekil and for eight days paddle through a maze of narrow channels mixing camping on wild beaches with cosy lodge stays. Designed for people with paddling experience, we visit quaint red and white fishing villages; explore a variety of nature reserves and sample tantalizing local seafood. We finish our adventure at a delightful B&B in the town of Grebbestad. Join us on a smorgasbord of Swedish adventure!

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Group pick up at Göteborg station, transfer to hotel in Lysekil.

Days 2-8: Self contained sea kayak trip through Bohuslän.

Day 9: Finish kayaking in Grebbestad, overnight B&B.

Day 10: Group transfer to Göteborg airport. Trip concludes.
