Day 2: We will cycle on the rolling road where leading us to experience so many amazing views of the green belts, the flower and vegetable farms, this will bring us up to 1,600 m (again, cycle or ride in van!) then enjoy the terrific double descent (40 km long to the Song Pha Valley). Cool pine covered mountains quickly turn into semi-desert country from which we will picnic, then the van will transfer us back to Da Lat - spend one more night there.
Day 3: After Breakfast, cycle to Lak Lake - a very beautiful area. We will cycle through the coffee plantations. Here, we will cover the elephant ride for you. Sleep at a quiet resort there.
Day 4: Ride in van for the first 50 km due to the heavy traffic, then enjoy the long descent to Phuong Hoa area from which we will continue to the coast. We will take the van to Nha Trang. Sleep at a hotel in Nha Trang city.
Day 5: In the morning, take a four-island tour off the coast of Nha Trang, including Snorkeling and swimming. Spend one more night in Nha Trang.

Day 10: In the morning, cycle to Xeo Quit (30 km), a re-creation of National Liberation Front (NLF) HQ during the war. We will eat banh xeo, a delicious yellow crepe made with egg and rice flour with minced meat and vegetables and tasty herbs inside, some of which are only grown in the Delta region. In the afternoon - transfer to the charming river town of Hong Ngu. We will take the Voi Lua ferry and cycle to Hong Ngu via the Holy Religious areas, crossing the rivers 3 times (45 km). Enjoy an evening out door after our delicious Delta food super. Sleep in Hong Ngu - the border town between Vietnam and Cambodia.
Day 11: Visit Long Khanh Island, a small island (12 km circumference) in the Mekong River. It is very rustic and beautiful. We can cycle or go by bicycle-pulled carriage. The people are fantastic. Nice pagodas, both Cao Dai sect and some very old Vietnamese Buddist temple that was built between 17th - 18th century. Then the van will transfer us to another T-junction to cycle to Cho Moi via Tay island (20 km). Due to the small ferry, the van can not go along with us. The van will meet us at Cho Moi, where we will have lunch. After lunch, we will take a small road to the ferry to Long Xuyen (28 km), where we will spend the night.
Day 12: Cycle 58 km to Tri Ton, in the magical Seven Mountains area, a nice change from the flat delta countryside. In the afternoon, cycle to explore Tri Ton - the area where the Vietnamese and Cambodian cultures merge. Sleep in Tri Ton.
