Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival
Arrive in Ndjamena, Chad. Meet assist and transfer to the hotel. Meal(s) included: None. Overnight at Kempinski Ndjamena or similar.

Day 2: Ndjamena
After breakfast, go on a city tour of Ndjamena. Highlights include: the Central market, the National Museum and Craft center. In the afternoon visit the village of Gaoui, renowned for its pottery created by the local women. Meal(s) included: Breakfast and Dinner. Overnight at Kempinski Ndjamena Or Similar.

Day 3: Lake Chad
After breakfast, drive to Lake Chad. On the way have lunch in Douguia. Upon arrival at Lake Chad enjoy a cruise on the lake which is filled with many small islands, and home to a wide variety of wildlife including; hippopotamus, crocodiles and large communities of migrating birds. Bird lovers will be thrilled by the flocks of wintering, ducks, ruff, waterfowl and shore birds. In the evening return to Ndjamena for overnight. Meal(s) included: Breakfast and Lunch. Day 4: Ndjamena – Mongo (~400 km)
After breakfast, travel to Mongo in the mountainous region. On the way to Mongo, stop at local villages and other interesting sites.

Day 5: Mongo – Zakouma Park (~400 Km)
After breakfast, drive to Zakouma Park located in the South-east of the country. En route stop for lunch and continue to Zakouma Park. Enjoy dinner at the Park restaurant. Meal(s) included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overnight at Park Hotel Or Similar.

Day 6: Zakouma Park
After breakfast, explore the park which is home to a variety of animals: elephants, lions, giraffes, leopards, buffalo, Cheetah, etc. Zakouma Park is closed from June to October (raining season)

Day 7: Zakouma Park

Day 10: Ndjamena/Depart
