Early morning departure from your hotel and drive for 2 ½ hours via the Great Rift Valley, stopping shortly for scenery admiration and photos at the scenic escarpment; proceed to Nakuru arriving for a morning game drive. Lake Nakuru is home to flamingo, pelicans, cormorants, Thompson gazelle, impala, waterbuck, zebra and many others. If lucky, you might spot the elusive leopard atop the trees. Drive up to the baboon cliff where you will enjoy a bird’s eye view of the park. Break for lunch at one of the lodges located inside the park then continue with an afternoon game drive. Visit the lakeside where you will see animals browsing as well as enjoy a brisk walk at the shoreline as you gaze into the beautiful shimmering lake. At 1600hrs, you will exit from the park and be driven back to Nairobi arriving after 3 hours due to traffic. On arrival, be transferred back to your hotel for rest.
