Pick Up at Ho Chi Minh City Hotel at 8:00am. Team building cooking class (9:30am - 11:30am). 9:30am – 9:45am - Welcome customers to HCM Cooking Class. Customers will choose group & team leader (5 - 10 people/group). 9:45am – 10:15am: Fun presentation in Vietnamese medicine garden & Mushroom house. Understanding how to use Vietnamese herbs, spices, mushroom and vegetables for medicine and cooking. Understanding the basic process to make mushroom and baby ingredients. 10:15am – 10:30am: Challenges in Vietnamese medicine garden. Each team will pick up ingredients according to team leader & our staff‘s instruction. 10:30am – 11:15am: Cooking challenges. Each team will be provided cooking equipment, 2 recipes & watch our chef demonstrates these recipes. Time for each team complete their cooking challenges. Teams must be well organized and use their time effectively in order to complete the challenge. The teams will be awarded points based on the following criteria: Fastest team; Best decoration; Best flavor. 11:15am - 11:30am :Time for announcing winning team and reward. Lunch time (11:30am - 1:00pm). Menu for lunch time: Chicken mushroom soup; Chicken wings with salt & pepper sauce; Stew Snake head fish on clay pot with ginger, lemongrass and Vietnamese basil; Steam rice; Combination salad with prawn & pork; Green mustard soup with pork mice & ginger; Fresh fruits. Visiting Bonsai & animals farm (1:00pm - 2:00pm). Taking adventure through the magnificent bonsai & animals farm with over 300 years tradition at Minh Tan Garden. Visitors will see thousands of kinds of bonsai, flowers, kumquats and many kinds of lovely animals, specially discovering huge fish – Both fish which can eat human. We offer team building cooking class for up to 10 people. Join us, we will bring people pleasant & fun moments in trip to Vietnam.
