July 6th, Day 01-Upon your arrival at Ulaanbaatar (UB or ULN) airport (*not included the arrival flight), meet our team and to be transferred to hotel (*the check in time is at 14:00). 06:00 p.m.-Mongolian traditional folk songs and dances concert. Welcome dinner in local restaurant. Overnight at hotel. (D)

July 7th, Day 02-Ulaanbaatar Morning City tour, including a visit to Gandantegchinlen Monastery, the largest and most significant monastery in Mongolia, and one of Ulaan Baatar’s most interesting sights, visits to the National History Museum-where you will see artifacts from Mongolia and Central Asia from the Stone Age to the present and the Natural Museum-where you will see two complete dinosaur skeletons, which were found in the Gobi - the giant flesh-eating Tarbosaurus, 15m tall and four to five tons in weight, and the little duck-billed plant-eating Saurolophus. Lunch in local restaurant. Ulaanbaatar Afternoon City tour: visit the Bogdo Khaan Winter Palace Museum. The Bogdo Khaan Winter Palace is the home of the last Mongolian King, Javzun Damba Khutagt VII. The museum contains a number of Buddhist artworks and the private collection of Bogdo Khaan, composed of gifts from rulers and kings from all over the world. Overnight at hotel. (B)(L)

July 8th, Day 03-A long drive to Karakorum (aprox. 380kms/190miles)-the Genghis (Chinggis) Khan's 13th century capital and heart of the mighty Mongolian Empire. On the way, we visit a nomad family and learning how they live and make dairy products. You may even have a try at drinking fermented mare's milk. Overnight in tourist ger camp. (B)(L)(D)

July 9th, Day 04-Visits Erdene zuu monastery and Tortoise monument. Drive to Elsen Tasarkhai sand dunes (Bayangobi desert). Hiking to sand dunes or ride camels. Two hours of camel riding are included. Overnight in tourist ger camp. (B)(L)(D)

July 10th, Day 05-After breakfast, drive back to UB city (aprox. 270kms/123 miles). On the way, we visit Hustain National Park. The flagship species for the Hustain Nuruu Nature Reserve is the reintroduced Przewalski horse. Actually, the number of Takhi horses has reached up about 220. Lunch is included in Hustain Nuruu National Park. Arrive and to be transferred to the hotel. Overnight at hotel. (B)(L)

July 11th, Day 06-After early breakfast, meet out team to transfer to the National Sports for Naadam Festival Opening Ceremony, featuring dancers, athletes, horse riders, and musicians. After the ceremony, the competitions begin: archery and wrestling in Ulaanbaatar. Another popular Naadam activity is the playing of games using shagai, sheep knuckles that serve as game pieces and tokens of both divination and friendship. Lunch is included in local restaurant. In the afternoon, free time in your own. Overnight at hotel. (B)(L)

July 12th, Day 07-After early breakfast, meet our team and drive outside of Ulaanbaatar city (35-40kms/20miles) to observe the horse racing. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar to attend the Naadam Festival Closing Ceremony in the National Sports. Lunch in local restaurant. Visits the War memorial Zaisan Hill-to get your bearings with a panoramic view of the whole city and the Buddha's statue. Shopping for souvenirs and cashmere. Farewell dinner with traditional songs concert in local restaurant. Overnight at hotel. (B)(L)(D)

July 13th, Day 08-After breakfast, transfer to the airport. Departure Mongolia (*not included the departure flight). (B). Tour Ends.
