10MAY - Arrive Puerto Vallarta and transfer to Villa Amor del Mar. The boutique hotel is located about 30 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta on Banderas Bay. Remainder of day at leisure. There will be a reception and wine tasting on the rooftop before dinner. A complimentary bottle of wine per couple with dinner. (D)

11MAY - Begin the day with a continental breakfast and then prepare for a day of leisure. You can either lounge around the pool or explore the village of La Cruz. In the late afternoon participants will have an opportunity to prepare a salad or side dish with a local chef. Cocktails and dinner to follow, along with a complimentary bottle of wine per couple. 12MAY - Begin the day with a continental breakfast and then transfer to Puerto Vallarta for a 1/2 day tour of the city. Lunch at a selected restaurant, before returning to the Villa Amor del Mar for an afternoon of leisure. Tonight prepare Salsa and Guacamole with the chef, followed by cocktails and a dinner prepared by the chef, along with a complimentary bottle of wine per couple. (B, D)

13MAY - We start with breakfast, followed by a day of leisure. In the late afternoon prepare the evening meal (entrée) with the chef. A complimentary bottle of wine per couple. (B, D)

14MAY - Continental breakfast and then a day trip to a Tequila Plant for a tour and a tasting. Tonight we eat at Tacos on the Street in Puerto Vallarta, followed by dancing at Philo's. (B, D)

15MAY - Start the day with coffee, then prepare breakfast with the chef. Day at leisure. In the evening we will eat at Oso's, Sandzibar or Roberto's for dinner. You will have a tour of the kitchen and have an opportunity to create a Mexican cocktail. (B, D)

16MAY - We start with a continental breakfast. We learn how to prepare a Mexican dessert with the chef, followed by dinner, and a complimentary bottle of wine. (B, D)

17MAY - We start with a continental breakfast and then transfer to Puerto Vallarta International Hotel for our flights home.
