Meeting and greeting at the airport upon your arrival and transfer to hotel for check-in. Ha Noi, Vietnam’s capital, is one thousand year old city with peaceful lakes, French styled buildings, old quarter streets, three lined boulevards, brightly painted temples and pagodas. The afternoon is free to enjoy at your leisure. Dinner at a famous restaurant in Hanoi. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 2 (11 Apr): Ha Noi City tour (B)
After breakfast at your hotel, car pick you up to take part in Ha Noi city tour, start visiting Uncle Ho, learning about his great life at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One pillar pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda. Next stop is the nearby Temple of Literature. The site of Vietnam's first University, built in 16th, to teach the royals the Confucius theory. In the afternoon, visit Ethnological Museum. Then have a cyclo in the old quarter and visit Dong Xuan market. Enjoy a Water Puppet Show before dinner. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 3 (12 Apr): Ha Noi – Ha Long (B/L/D)
Depart Hanoi from the Hotel and drive 4 hrs by private coach to Halong City. Transfer from the dock to the Deluxe Junk Boat, enjoy a welcome drink and a lunch of savory local sea food. Start on a 4 hour cruise of the bay to see the amazing karsts with different formations: Lion, Tea Pot, Toad, Dau Nguoi (Human Head) islet, and then visit the Sung Sot (Amazing) cave. Stop for a walk through the "Amazing Cave". There’ll be plenty of time for swimming and sunbathing (weather permitting) as you anchor for a night on the Bay. Enjoy a wonderful sunset dinner in our beautiful restaurant before retiring to the comfort of your cabin. Overnight on a boat.
Day 4 (13 Apr): Ha Long – Ha Noi – Da Nang – Hoi An (B/L)
Early risers will enjoy a refreshing swim in a quiet firth. Brunch buffet will be served from 9:00am-11:00am. Cruise to see more of the bay passing such interesting formations as Titov, Soi Sim Beaches, Ngon Tay (Finger) islet, Thien Nga (Swan) islet, Ga Choi (Cock Fighting) islet as you make your way back to Halong City. Check out procedure (10.30am-11.30am). Transfer back to the dock and enjoy lunch in a restaurant before returning back to Hanoi for a late afternoon flight to Danang, which is located on the central coast. You will be greeted on arrival and transferred to the charming town of Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 5 (14 Apr): Hoi An (B/D)
Hoi An is ranked as one of the top 10 most beloved spots in Asia, but do not mistake it to be a touristic city. She is beloved by most travelers coming to Vietnam for her naive beauty and sweet characteristics. Imagine you are in a very small ancient town by a peaceful river. Walk along old streets filled with old houses and lanterns; cycle along the riverside to the vegetable gardens; lie lazily on the untouched white sand beaches; sit at a riverview cafe filled with great music; dress up in a suit or a surprisingly beautiful dress tailored by one of the many local tailor shops at a great price; eat awesome street food... this is how your tour starts. Visit an old merchant home, still lived in by descendents of the original merchant, see the Japanese Bridge, Hoi An market and the Quang Dong communal house. Enjoy lunch in an old house restaurant with local cuisine, especially the Cao Lau noodle which could only be cooked in Hoian. This afternoon is free for you to do your own exploring. Dinner at Full Moon restaurant by Thu Bon river, followed by lantern wishing and releasing over the river. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 6 (15 Apr): Hoi An – Hue (B/D)
Morning heading north of Hoi An is Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam. The scenic route passes through Da Nang before climbing over the spectacular pass of Hai Van and dropping down to the picturesque fishing village of Lang Co. Upon arrival, we take a boat trip on the Perfume River, stopping at the beautiful pagoda of Thien Mu and the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang, in the tranquil setting garden and lakes. Have dinner at famous restaurant with Hue's specialties. Overnight in Hue.
Day 7 (16 Apr): Hue – Sai Gon (B/D)
From Hoi An, take a short flight to Sai Gon, the cosmopolitan heart of Vietnam. Soak up the exotic atmosphere of this frenetic city with a guided tour of the main highlights, including Independence Palace and the War Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Saigon Post Office, and the bustling Chinatown. In the evening enjoy a dinner cruise on the Saigon River. Overnight in Sai Gon.
Day 8 (17 Apr): Sai Gon – Cu Chi Tunnel – Sai Gon (B)
Take an excursion to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an important base during the War because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built an elaborate 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelters and weapons factories. Dug of hard laterite by hand tools without the use of cement, this amazing network of tunnels was never discovered by their enemies. The afternoon is free for us to explore Saigon at our own pace. Overnight in Sai Gon.
Day 9 (18 Apr): Sai Gon – Vinh Long – Cai Be Floating market (B/L)
After have breakfast, we depart for Cai Be around 3 hrs driving. On our dedicated bus you can see the green paddy fields stretching towards the horizontal. When you arrive Cai Be, you’ll board a motorized boat that takes you to the floating market and spend 1 hr there for an interaction that you’ll see nowhere else in the world. Next, your row boat will zigzag thru a maze of shadow canals to arrive at a great orchard where you can freely taste many famous tropical fruits of Vietnam and watch locals’ daily chores.Then you will see how coconut candy, crispy rice cake and cereamic are made here (served free with premium hot tea.) After this, you will ride bicycles and roaming through a village to check out several rural shops or you can relax on a hammock for a short rest. Back to Sai Gon. Overnight in Sai Gon.
Day 10 (19 Apr): Sai Gon – Phu Quoc (B)
Take a short flight of 1 hour to Phu Quoc. Phu Quoc is a stunningly beautiful island. Many consider it paradise with aquamarine water, idyllic beaches, romantic sunsets and a serene island-style atmosphere. Free at leisure for you to discover the Island by or own way or join optional tour. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
Day 11 – 14 (20 – 23 Apr): Phu Quoc beach at leisure (B)
Free at leisure for you to discover the Island by or own way or join optional tour. Diving or Snokerling are available from Sep to March. Overnight in Phu Quoc.
Day 15 (24 Apr): Phu Quoc – Sai Gon – Singapore (B)
Morning fly to Saigon for your flight to Singapore. Upon arrival in Singapore International Airport, our guide and private car will greet you and take you to the hotel in Hanoi. The rest of the day is free on own activities. Overnight in Singapore.
Day 16 (25 Apr): Singapore (B)
After breakfast, we will begin city tour include WAX, Merlion Tower, Garden By Bay, Universal Studio and Jurong bird park. The rest of time is free at your leisure and overnight.
Day 17 (26 Apr): Singapore Departure (B)
Transfer to the airport for your return flight home with sweet memories.
