Day 1: Arrive Palma and Campos.

Arrive at Palma de Mallorca airport and we will transfer you the short distance to Hotel Mas es Torrent in Campos where you will spend the first 2 nights of your trip. Enjoy the peace of this converted farmhouse and soak up the sun by the pool

Day 2: Campos circular ride.

Enjoy a gentle pedal today to the nearby beaches of the south coast. Linger here awhile before heading back through the salt lagoons where flamingoes gather. Great locally sourced and home cooked food and local wines are served at your farmhouse if you wish to eat 'at home'. Optional 25 miles (40 km).

Day 3: Campos to Algaida.

Say farewell to your friendly hosts at Campos and cycle down to the coast along country lanes. Then, heading inland there's a quiet pedal through delightful fields of almond trees. Stop and stare in quaint villages and hamlets far from the madding crowd before finding Hotel Algaida Petit Hotel with its lovely pool where you will stay the next two nights. 24 miles ( 38 km)

Day 4: Algaida circular ride.

Another wonderfully unhurried day as you amble along stone walled lanes through unspoilt orchards and fields with the island's inland hills as a pretty backdrop. The market town of Sineu is maybe where you will choose to have lunch but there are plenty of nice village stops too. Optional 25 miles (41 km)

Day 5: Algaida to Moscari.

Still riding north you head towards the Tramuntana Mountains today, but thankfully not up them! The riding is easy, the views and countryside large and ever rural and there's plenty of time to stop in the hamlets. Your overnight stay lies in the foothills of the mountains with a pool and superb restaurant and you will be the guest of Hotel Can Calco or Hotel Can Riera for the next two nights. Optional 25 miles (40 km)

Day 6: Circular ride from Moscari.

You may like to laze around the pool today but for those wanting a spin, our route leads you into the foothills of the Tramuntana. Here is one of the most beautiful areas of the island of Majorca and a few hills enroute will bring great rewards. Optional 23 miles (36 km).

Day 7: Moscari to Pollenca.

Your final day of cycling leads to the north east coast and to the historic town of Alcudia. Time to reflect and relax on the beach and soak up the sun and waves before pedalling the last few miles inland to the lovely medieval town of Pollenca. Enjoy the cobbled streets and small squares, the street market and the wonderful choice of restaurants for your final night on the island. 25 miles (40 km).

Day 8: Depart Palma.

It's a shame to leave the delights of medieval Pollenca but we will transfer you to the airport at Palma. If you have time, you might like to take a taxi and explore the historic centre of Palma itself before finally departing from Majorca.
