Dordogne/Vezere: Day 1: Arrive in Rocamadour which overlooks the Ouysse Gorge. This ancient village is stunning and will be forever in your memory. Days 2&3: Head down towards charming Souillac via Lacave. Visit the abbey then soak up the atmosphere over coffee in one of the town's cafés. Days 4&6: Walk along the enchanting Dordogne valley through the picturesque Carsac, Domme, La-Roque-Gageac and Sarlat. A photographer's heaven! Days 7&8: Wander towards St-Cyprien taking in Beynac, Castelnaud and Les Millandes. You could be forgiven for thinking that you were in a fairytale. Days 9&10: Travelling onwards, walk through silent countryside to Les-Eyzies-de-Tayac. This is one of Europe's most famous prehistoric sites and there are numerous caves for you to explore. Unfortunately, from here, you're homeward bound! Lot/Cele Day 1: Arrive in Figeac and explore this wonderful town before setting out into exceptional countryside. Days 2,3 &4: Walk through what appears to be the deserted but immensely bewitching Cele Valley. Experience the isolation and charm of this forgotten valley. Day 5: Vist St Cirq La Popie perched high on a cliff overlooking the Lot Valley before setting out to explore the magical town of Cahors.
