Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu
Upon arrival, receive and transfer to hotel.

In the morning visit of vegetables market of Kathmandu. Lunch free at Kathmandu Durbar Square. At afternoon visit of spices market of Kathmandu - Ason.
Overnight: Hotel Royal Singi or Vaishali or Grand.

Day 3: Kathmandu - Patan
Visit of one typical Nepali/Newari family of Kathmandu Valley in Lalitpur (Patan). Practical work in the kitchen altogether with this family members. Visit Patan.
Overnight at Patan.

Day 4: Patan
Early wakeup and follow practical (daily life), daily routine of the family (what they do daily from wake up time to sleeping time). Visit Patan by night.
Overnight at Patan.

Day 5: Patan - Kathmandu
Special Demonstration of Newari - set cooking like Wo, Masubara, Masbara, Eggbara, chhoila, Kachila & Momos. Back to Kathmandu. On the way back visit Pashupatinath and Boudhanth.
Overnight: Hotel Royal Singi or Vaishali or Grand.

Day 6: Kathmandu
Picnic visit of Dakshinkali/Nagarkot. “U” is going to cook all the things in the picnic spot with the help of all the family members.
Overnight: Hotel Royal Singi or Vaishali or Grand.
Day 7: Kathmandu
In the morning visit Bhaktapur City. Lunch en route. At afternoon visit Swoyambhunath Stupa.
Overnight: Hotel Royal Singi or Vaishali or Grand.

Day 8: Kathmandu - next destination
Departure transfer to airport for your onward flight.
