Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Lhasa. Meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel in Lhasa. Rest for altitude acclimatization. O/n hotel in Lhasa. Includes: (B).

Day 2: Lhasa. Visit the main sights in Lhasa city - Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and the Barkhor Street around the temple. O/n hotel in Lhasa. Includes: (B).

Day 3: Lhasa. Visit the two great monasteries in Lhasa - Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. At evening, pay a visit to a local Tibetan family. O/n hotel in Lhasa. Includes: (B).

Day 4: Lhasa - Gyantse - Shigatse. This early morning we'll start our journey out of Lhasa to Gyantse, a historical town in Tibet. On the way, we'll cross the Khambala Pass (4800 m) and Karola Pass (5010 m), take a pleasant walk at the beautiful Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and view the KaroLa Glacier. When arrival in Gyantse, visit the famous Pelkor Monastery and its superb Kumbu Stupa. We'll complete today's travel by driving another 90km to Shigatse, the second largest city in Tibet. Day 5: Shigatse - Lhasa. Visit Tashilumpo Monastery, the foremost attraction in Shigatse and then drive about 280 km along the norther route via Yarlung Tsangpu River back to Lhasa. O/n hotel in Lhasa. Includes: (B)

Day 6: Departure. Today we'll drive you to the airport for the plane to your next destination. Your wonderful Tibet culture exploration tour ends. Includes: (B).
