It is a lively and energetic excursion "Active Tourism" that includes one night of accommodation in double room and breakfast, and also a flight in hot air balloon, an activity that lasts the whole morning. We begin in the early morning (from around 7.00 a.m. in summer, and around 9.00 a.m. in winter) so as to avoid the maximum effects of the sun heating the atmosphere. It consists of a flight of more than an hour, followed by a typical lunch in one of the farmhouses which are characteristic of the area. Finally, passengers receive a Diploma, signed by the pilot, certifying their participation in the flight. This is an outline of the day's events: clients arrive at Vic by their own means, and they spend the night in a farmhouse. The next day, we wait for them at a meeting point that is easy to get to. Then, we go on to our flight field where we inflate the balloon. After this, it's time for pilot and passengers to get on board the basket and the flight begins. The flight itself lasts between an hour and an hour and a half, after which we land the balloon. Once on the ground, we have to fold and pack the balloon, and when we are finished we head for the restaurant where lunch is served for all the event members and their partners. After lunch the Diplomas are handed out. Notes: - Experience: we have been in business since 1990, and ours was the first company set up in Spain, specializing in balloon passenger flights. We have highly qualified and experienced pilots who can offer you a safe and enjoyable flight - Insurance: we have policies covering Civil Responsibility and Passenger safety - Pilots: all of them possess valid credentials issued by the Dirección General de Aviación Civil (Civil Aviation Department), and their Pilot's Licence in force - Conditions: bookings have to be made in advance (minimum 7 to 10 days), and must be confirmed personally.
