Join us for a unique experience shaped by the sacred waters and powerful energies of southwest England’s revered ancient sites. From the ocean’s-edge cave at the tip of Cornwall to the medieval cathedral and moated Bishop’s Palace in Wells, from an underground initiatory healing chamber to the high tors of Dartmoor and Glastonbury, and from idyllic rural holy wells to the tranquil beauty of Chalice Well and the majesty and grandeur of Stonehenge. Through simple ceremony and shamanic approaches learned from indigenous and tribal peoples of Siberia and Central America, we will start to shapeshift ourselves. Working directly with and unlocking the hidden wisdom of water we experience balance, harmony and profound oneness.
Day 1: Collection from London Heathrow Airport and transport to hotel on Dartmoor in Devon. Our hotel is situated by the banks of the River Dart. Afternoon free for rest-up then pre-dinner introductions.
Day 2: Our first full day of the tour starts with a visit to Scorhill Stone Circle and the nearby stream. This is set in the beautiful and wild landscape of the moor with the rocky peaks of local tors holding the energy all around. We will spend the day here exploring inner and outer realms.
Day 3: We will return to Scorhill Stone Circle to deepen our experiences from the previous day.
Day 4: Leaving our first hotel we drive to the far tip of Cornwall with a higher concentration of sacred sites than anywhere else in the country. We visit to the Atlantic Ocean at Nanjizal Bay where the Michael and Mary earth energy currents first come ashore.
Days 5: Today we will spend at Rosemerryn fogou, an underground initiatory chamber set in private magical woodlands, with a stream running through the land. We will travel further inward expanding our inner knowing.
Day 6: We visit Sancreed holy well today – a wonderfully atmospheric holy well. This afternoon we will walk to Boscawen-un, one of the most powerful stone circles in England, and the pathway to it, flanked by hedgerows, wild flowers and trees, has been a processional route for thousands of years.
Day 7: Today we leave the rural and wild landscape of Cornwall and travel to Wells in Somerset, bringing what we have discovered back into the more populated world. Medieval Wells is England’s smallest city, and a secret jewel. The city is built around the Bishop’s Palace with its powerful springs and watery moat, adjacent to the magnificent Gothic Wells Cathedral. You will have a free afternoon to explore this beautiful city.
Days 8: We will spend this day just five miles down the road in Glastonbury, the legendary Isle of Avalon. At Wearyall Hill we visit the site of the Holy Thorn Tree. We will then visit Glastonbury Abbey, once the largest and most powerful abbey in all of Britain and the reputed resting place of King Arthur and Guinevere. This afternoon will be available for you to receive healing treatments from local healers in Glastonbury or explore the town and its many esoteric stores. We have an important evening with a visit to Stonehenge, where we have arranged for the group to have private special access into the stones of the world's most famous sacred site.
Day 9: With a leisurely start to our day, we return to Glastonbury Tor, a beacon of spirituality since pagan times and still acts as a magnet for people of all beliefs today. At the foot of the Tor lies Chalice Well, one of the true healing places in this land and you are encouraged to drink from the holy well where, according to local legend, the Holy Grail is hidden.
Day 10: Return to the airport for journeys home.
This tour is only offered in September and at no other time.
