This easy but mostly up and down route follows the main trail to Annapurna Sanctuary and traverses through scenic rice fields, beautiful villages mostly inhabited by Gurungs and lush forest of rhododendron trees. The views of Annapurnas and Machhapuchhare rise in front of you from the start of your trek. From Ghorepani you get an even better and close up views or two ranges Annapurna and Dhaulagiri.
Early the next day early morning an hour's steep hike up from Ghorepani to Poon Hill is quite difficult but the reward of seeing the views of sunrise over the giant mountains from hill-top tower is breathtaking. This trek too ends after the 3000 steep stone-staircases in Ulleri village is and finally ending at Nayapool.

*Main attraction: Mid - hill cultural area, Gurung, Magar, Brahmin, and Ksetri are the inhabitants mainly, one of the best views from Poon Hill a great photographic site showing whole Annapurna, Dhaulagiri ranges.
*Maximum Altitude: 3200m Poon Hill.
*Best season: Aug. to May, Rhododendron blooms in the spring.
Your Itinerary:
Days 1: Arrival Kathmandu, receive and transfer to hotel.
Days 2: Full day KTM city tour. Overnight at hotel.
Days 3: Drive to Pokhara, hotel.
Days 4: Drive to Phedi (20 minutes). Trek to Potana. Overnight at Lodge.
Days 5: Trek to Landruk.
Days 6: Trek to Ghandruk.
Days 7: Trek to Tadapani.
Days 8: Trek to Ghorepani (2860 m.).
Days 9: Early morning hike to Poon Hill (2390 m.) for sunrise view. After breakfast, trek to Tikhedunga.
Days 10: Trek to Nayapool. Trek ends, drive to Pokhara, and transfer to hotel for flight to Katmandu. Receive and transfer to hotel.
Days 11: Free day in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Days 12: Transfer to airport for Final departure.
