Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Driving from Santa Elena during 90 minutes, to the Indian Village Chirikayen. Once there, starts the walking during 4 hours hiking to the foot of Chirikayen Mountain. Overnight in tents, next to a lovely small lagoon.
Day 2: After breakfast will reach the mountain in 45 minutes, and almost 2 hours to hike the top. Then crossing the mountain takes another 2 hours. We will camp right there next to the abyss of the mountain. You never forget this view. The afternoon is going to be an adventure to explore the top of Chirikayen, discovering unique plants and taking pictures as souvenirs. Overnight and dinner on the top, in tents.
Day 3: We go back, after breakfast we take the same way, to cross the mountain and the last chance to spot orchids or carnivorous plants. We will walk almost 5 hours, mostly through the Gran Sabana! On the way, we will have lunch and with luck, will have the chance to see, deer, ant eaters or even jaguars!
