Lovers of cultural and historical monuments, art, original architecture and nice alleys are given the opportunity in Trogir to learn about the manifold and complex heritage - from the Romanesque yard to the modern interiors. The unique historical core, Radovan's portal, the art collections which have been arousing excitement among visitors and travelers for centuries offer a tourist beauty, personified in the relief of Kairos as an appropriate souvenir.

Your Itinerary:

Day 1: Trogir - departure.

Day 2: Vis - a town and port in the eastern part of the northern coast of the island of Vis. The island which emerged from a long period of isolation (tourists from abroad have been allowed to visit the island since 1989). Unpolluted environment with the crystal clear sea and marine scenery as well as the local specialities - seafood from the cleanest part of the Adriatic. various sports and recreation opportunities, they all constitute the offer of Vis. Music and other events are organized during the summer season.

Day 3: Komiza - situated in a deep bay, whose eastern coast abounds with large pebble beaches (Gusarica, Nova Posta, Velo Zalo), Komiza offers excellent visitor opportunities: quality accommodation facilities - hotel, apartments, and a number of cultural and historic sites - monastery, fortresses. It is famous for its fishermen (fishermen from Komiza are also known in San Pedro, California), so that fish and other seafood are traditionally served daily.

Day 4: Susac - The island Susac is situated off navigation routes, 23 NM south of the island of Hvar and 13 NM west of the island Lastovo. It is surrounded by endless open sea that makes you feel completely secluded from the rest of the world. When viewed from a distance, it seems as though Susac consists of two islands. On the highest point of the extremely steep southern side of the island a lighthouse was built in 1878. The southeastern side of the island is not so steep and is lined with many beautiful bays and trails. After the "Bura" wind dies down, you can see up to a depth of 30 m into the water.

Day 5: Lastovo - the largest place on the island Lastovo. Above the place there is a peak with a meteoro-logical station, which offers a beautiful view on the eastern part of the island, the islets of Lastovci and the neighbouring island of Korcula. Lastovo is an ideal place for peaceful vacations, far from the usual crowd of tourists. Lastovo is famous for spiny lobsters and exquisite wines, as well as sports and recreational opportunities.

Day 6: Saplunara/Mljet - a village and cove in the south-eastern part of the southern coast of the island of Mljet. The cove is enclosed by a thick forest of pine. It consists of Velika and Mala Saplunara; both have potable water sources. The sea in large shallows reaches a temperature of over 28 °C in summer. The regional road via Korita connects it with other towns and villages on the island, as well as the lakes to the west of the island.

Day 7: Dubrovnik - a city of a unique political and cultural history (the Dubrovnik Republic, the Statute from 1272), of world-famous cultural heritage and beauty (inscribed on the List of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO) - is one of the most attractive and famous cities of the Mediterranean. Apart from its outstanding natural beauties and well-preserved cultural and historical heritage, Dubrovnik also offers high-quality visitor opportunities.

Day 8: Sipan - Sometimes called the Golden Island, Sipan is the largest and most populated of the Elaphite (Elafit) Islands. The mild winter climate prevails in this little space with of an improbably great cultural tradition, there are an enormous number of monuments, over thirty churches, several monasteries, and over sixty Gothic and Renaissance summer residences of the well-to-do. On Sipan, quite unlike anywhere else, you can wander for hours along the beaten paths, but you can also find one for yourself alone, used just by the occasional wild creature, perhaps. There are few such untouched places left in the world today.

Day 9: Polaca/Mljet - a village in the bay bearing the same name, in the western part of the northern coast of the island of Mljet. Chief occupations are farming and fishing. The bay is 5.6 km long and up to 3.9 km wide; it is protected by a range of small, almost completely bare and unpopulated islands (Moracnik, Tajnik, Kobrava, Ovrata). Due to the closeness to Veliko and Malo Lakes, Polace is also the harbour of the Mljet lakes.

Day 10: Korcula - The town of Korcula, the historical centre of the island Korcula, has a very nice location in the Peljesac Channel. It is also known for its outstanding cultural and historical heritage and a long tradition in seafaring, shipbuilding and stone-masonry. It is the birthplace of the adventurer and traveller Marco Polo. Today Korcula is an important tourist centre.

Day 11: Hvar - the town of a unique cultural and historical heritage but also an important tourist resort with a centuries-old tradition in tourism. Main attractions are pleasant climate, a lot of sunshine, natural beauties, various accommodation facilities, gastronomic offer, sports and recreational opportunities, etc. Hvar is frequented both in the summer and winter months, and its very special climate favoured the development of health tourism. Nowadays Hvar becomes a jet-set destination.

Day 12: Vrboska - a small town and harbour on the northern coast of the island of Hvar, lies in a picturesque, deep cove surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and a forest of pine. It has a long tradition in fishing, presented in the Fishing Museum. The fortified church, which offers a wonderful view on the surroundings and the open sea, represents a unique monument. The village offers an unusual sight on a karst island: houses rising on both shores of a channel spanned by several small bridges. The churches of Vrboska house the greatest cultural treasures of the island of Hvar.

Day 13: Stari Grad/Hvar - located at the end of a bay on the northern side of the Island Hvar. It was first discovered by the ancient Greeks. Stari Grad is the collective name for several small towns which grew and were later abandoned at the same place. A thousand years long history of the Town has left many monuments in the urban structure of the Town. Stari Grad (Faros) is historical heart of the island Hvar, ancient Pharos.

Day 14: Milna/Brac - the biggest, most protected and most beautiful Brac harbour, magnificent baroque parish church with magnificent paintings, bay Osibova with Gothic small church in ruins. Name Milna based on slurry and fine sand alluviums, in ancient ages called Mil. Nice coves with sand and pebble beaches stretch in the vicinity of the harbour; Pasika, Osibova, Lucice, Maslinova. Nearby Bobovisca cove is a must stop for anchoring and swiming.

Day 15: Split - not only an urban, cultural and traffic centre of Dalmatia with road and sea connections to Dalmatia's numerous summer resorts, but it is itself often a tourist and excursionists destination. A city with a 1700-year old tradition, a variety of archaeological, historical and cultural monuments, among which the well-known Palace of Diocletian, inscribed into the UNESCO World Heritage List, certainly occupies a special position, and the warmth and offer of a modern Mediterranean city.
