In this tour you can see some of the images that epitomize India. The overwhelmingly beautiful monument of love the great Taj Mahal at Agra, the imperial elegance of Lutyens' New Delhi, the splendor and royal palaces of the desert city of Jaipur. This tour is a perfect blend of the popular and magical places in India. The short trip introduces us to India's treasure - trove of history and culture, religion and tradition, superb architecture and the imperial monuments of India.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi. On arrival at Delhi’s international airport, we will meet at the arrival hall outside immigration and transferred to the hotel. Afternoon visit the red fort comprising exquisite palaces reflecting Mugal Architecture. Overnight at hotel. Meals: (B).
Day 2: Delhi. Visit the Qutab Minar, the astonishing victory tower built in the early 13’th century, a masterpiece of a perfect proportions. We also visit Humayun’s tomb, one of the earliest monuments of the grand Mughal Empire. Meals: (B).
Day 3: Delhi/Agra
In the afternoon we will drive by car / coach to Agra, the city of world's most famous love story, Taj Mahal, built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. The Taj Mahal is considered to the ultimate symbol of love with its Majestic marble domes and elegant minarets Night stay in hotel. Meals: (B).
Day 4: Agra. Visit the world famous Taj Mahal. We will also visit the mighty Red Fort and The Sikandra (Akabar’s Mosuleoum). Night stay in hotel. Meals: (B).
Day 5: Agra/Jaipur
Early morning (8.00 am) en-route visiting the ghost city Fathepur Sikri and then Drive to Jaipur a showcase for Rajasthan's distinctive architecture. In the afternoon we see the Hawa mahal (palace of the winds) from which the ladies of the court could watch life outside without being seen and visit the astronomical observatory and city palace. The palace museum houses collections of rare manuscripts, costumes, miniature paintings, carpets and an armory. Evening is free for shopping and market walk Night stay in hotel. Meals: (B).
Day 6: Jaipur Morning drive to Amber, the old capital of Jaipur, to visit the hill-top palace of the rajput rulers, with the opportunity of making our ascent by elephant. Afternoon visit the temples in Jaipur. In the evening have dinner and fun in ethnic village resort with us. Meals: (B) and (D).
Day 7: Jaipur/Delhi. In the Morning Drive to Delhi for your international Flight.
