Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Nairobi / Maasai Mara
You are picked up from your hotel at 8:30 am to 9:15 am. Depart for Maasai Mara with a stop over for panoramic views of the rift valley and for lunch at Narok. Arrive at the park in the afternoon and proceed for a game drive. Dinner ant overnight at the camp.
Day 2: Maasai Mara
Full day spent exploring this unique park where the big five, elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhino as well as birds such as the Masai ostrich, Ibis and others can be sighted with the help of your well trained guide. Lunch is at the Hippo pool. Dinner and overnight at the camp/ lodge.
Day 3: Maasai Mara
Morning spent game viewing after breakfast at a different area of the vast mara plains. Hot lunch served at the camp/ lodge. Spend the afternoon at leisure or visiting the tribal villages/ manyatta. Dinner and overnight at the camp/ lodge.
Day 4: Maasai Mara/ Nakuru
Depart from Maasai Mara after breakfast with a game drive en-route as you depart. Have a picnic or hot lunch en-route with panoramic views of the rift valley and Lake Elementaita to arrive at Nakuru camp/ lodge in the early evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Nakuru / Nairobi
Breakfast at 6:30 am. Spend the morning at the Lake Nakuru National park, also dubbed the bird watcher's paradise, where you can view the flamingos in their thousands as well as animals such as rhino, Rothschild, giraffe and waterbuck.
The park is also surrounded with acacia trees, giving it a very distinctive appeal. Lunch at the camp / lodge. Depart for Nairobi after lunch to arrive in the afternoon. Drop off at a hotel of your choice.
