Day 1: Lisbon to Unhais
Transfer from the airport to the hotel in Unhais da Serra, Serra da Estrela.
Dinner: Restaurant on the way (not included).

Day 2: Castelo Novo | Monsanto (Bike ride 47 km/ 29 mi)
Transfer to Castelo Novo. This 12th Century Historical Village was one of the many villages that was offered to the Templars Order as a payment for their victory over the Moors. After a short visit of the village to check the local museum, castle and typical product store, we ride mostly downhill towards Monsanto, an impressive historical village laying literally among granite boulders. In the afternoon we will proceed to our hotel, but on the way we stop by Sortelha, another typical village known as the stone ring, where we will have the yoga class overlooking Serra da Estrela (Star Mountain, the highest in Continental Portugal 1995 m/ 6545 ft high).

Day 3: Unhais | Barroca | Janeiro de Cima (23 km/ 14 mi; +17 km/ 11 mi optional)
In the morning we still have time to enjoy some of the SPA facilities of our Hotel. But we also start our ride from the hotel to the pretty little schist village of Janeiro de Cima, enjoying great views of the Zêzere river. After the ride, relax with a Yoga class by the river.

Day 4: Janeiro de Cima | Janeiro de Cima (30 km/ 19 mi)
Today’s loop ride explores the beautiful scenery of the Beira Baixa region. We will stop to visit honey producers and local weavers. In the afternoon, we will have another Yoga class, followed by the second Portuguese cuisine class at Fiado’s restaurant.
