Explore the peaceful Green River in Utah, as it flows from the town of Green River to Canyonlands National Park. Utah's Green River has been called the best desert canyon canoe trip in North America. We love it, and we'd love to share it with you.
Even beginning paddlers will enjoy the smooth, serene water that carries us through thousands of years of geologic time, as walls of tan Navajo sandstone, purplish-red Kayenta towers, and brown Wingate cliffs soar above the river. This trip offers great paddling and hiking, historic and prehistoric petroglyphs, desert birds and wildlife, and maybe even a wild horse or two.
