Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Coach drive from Novi Sad/Belgrade to Niš. Sightseeing of Niš Fortress, visit to unique monument “Cele Kula”, Mediana, summer residence of Emperor Constantin. Lunch at restaurant “American”, famous for Serbian grilled-meat specialties. Drive to Niška Banja. Possibility to join Duplex Paragliding with professional flayer, landing at the Koritnik Hill above Niška Banja Spa, or taking bath in the thermal spa. Short brake and drive to Bojanine Vode, famous picnic place. Dinner and overnight in mountain lodge Studenac, under the rock of the "Sokolov Kamen" (Houk stone).
Day 2: After breakfast, walking tour from Bojanine Vode peak (860 m) to Devojacki grob peak (1300 m) and back, duration 4 hours. Ethno lunch at mountain lodge Studenac. Coach drive to Sicevo village, visit to the Monastery of Holy Mother in the Sicevo Coslav Art colony, founded in 1905. by famous artist Nadežda Petrovic. Wine tasting, dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Breakfast. Climbing tour to Svrljiške Mountains, Gradac Peak (1062 m). Those prepared for light endeavors pick up medicinal herbs. Ethno lunch,organic food. Drive by coach to Pirot,with detour to Monasteries Stanicenje and Temska. Visit to Pirot Ethno center with handmade carpets and souvenirs. Dinner in Pirot in national restaurant. Accommodation and overnight in mountain lodge Vrelo at Stara Planina Mt.
Day 4: After breakfast drive to Zvonacka Banja Spa passing through the magnificent canyon of river Jerma. Visit to Sukovo Monastery. Taking bath in healing spa water. Visit to Poganovo Monastery (14th century). Monastery lunch, and drive to Stara Planina Mt.peak Babin Zub 1.757m) Dinner and overnight in hotel, magnificent view to memorable mountain scenery.
Day 5: Early breakfast. Climbing to Midžor Mountain Peak (2.170 m) or lower nearby peaks of Stara Planina Mountain. Picnic lunch - roasted lamb. Drive by coach through Knjaževac and Zajecar to Srebrno Jezero (Silver Lake), with detour to archaeological site Gamzigrad Felix Romuliana. Evening arrival to Srebrno jezero and accommodation in boarding-house on the bank of the lake. Dinner fish specialties. Overnight.
Day 6: Breakfast, short walk in beautiful surrounding of Srebrno Jezero, possibility of “kite-surfing”. Drive to Vinca archeological site and sightseeing. Brunch. Coach drive to Belgrade/Novi Sad. Evening arrival and end of program. Necessary good physical condition for participation in this program.
