An excellent mountaineering course for learning the techniques need to climb Mt. Whitney (14,498 ft.) via the mountaineer's route (class 3-4). A guided climb of the highest peak in the lower 48 states. We climb via the mountaineer's route a classic 2-3 class designed for first time climbers or experienced hikers. Spectacular views and an exceptional route await the participants on this climb. Space limited to 8 clients and 2 guides. Permits and permit fees are included. Book early for this one or call at the last minute and we may have a space or two on a departure.

- Experience level: no previous mountaineering experience needed. Hiking and backpacking experience recommended.
