Tour Itinerary: (As all groups are unique, we allow for some spontaneity in our schedule)
Day 1: Depart your home city for Beijing, China.
Day 2: Transfer to hotel. Balance of day at leisure to rest and explore. Group welcome dinner.
Day 3: Morning Tai Chi (Taiji) at hotel. Full day of sightseeing in Beijing including Beijing Zoo, Jade Factory, Afternoon at Summer Palace. Evening Kung Fu show.
Day 4: Morning Taiji training. Visit Tian’anmen Square. Visit Traditional Herb Pharmacy with lecture by Professors. Rickshaw tour of Hutong. Buddhist Temple. Tea Ceremony. Farewell dinner at Bai Family Restaurant.
Day 5: Morning visit to The Great Wall of China. Stop at local village. After lunch, transfer to airport for flight to Guilin. Bus to hotel in Yangshuo. Evening Empress Liusanjie Show.
Day 6: Day excursion with Lucy. Cruise the Yulong River, exploring 1500 year old villages, artistry and scenery. Lunch at Lucy’s home as prepared by her husband. Afternoon free for optional touring or shopping in Yangshuo. Dinner at Pavilion Restaurant, an exclusively quiet and beautiful place.
Day 7: Morning flight to Shanghai. Afternoon tour to Suzhou, the “Oriental Venice”. Tour Shantang, the remains of the ancient water town. Visit the beautiful Lingering Garden Tour the Suzhou Silk Factory.
Day 8: Tour Suzhou Embroidery Research Institute. Balance of day at leisure.
Day 9: Bus to Shanghai. Visit the world famous Shanghai Museum. Go to the top of the Oriental TV Tower for a breathtaking view of Shanghai. Afternoon stroll the world famous Bund.
Day 10: Visit Old Town. Tour the Mandarin Garden. Farewell dinner followed by night cruise over the neon:lit Huangpu River.
Day 11: Morning on your own for final sightseeing and shopping. Transfer by Meglav Train, the fastest train in the world, to Shanghai airport for flight to home city.
