This park locates at 150 kms north – east of Gonder. It covers 179 square km of high land area. Ras Dashen which is the highest peak in Ethiopia (4620 m) stands adjacent to the park. The temperature drops below freezing point at night. The scenery is breath taking. It is made up of several plateau separated by river valley. We advise you not to miss it.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Addis Ababa. Overnight: hotel.
Day 2: Fly to Gonder and visit castles and churches. Overnight: hotel.
Days 3 - 8: Trekking at Semien Mountain. Overnight: camping.
Day 9: Drive back to Gonder. Overnight: hotel.
Day 10: Fly back to Addis. Departure.
