Salient Features: The Karakorum Higway supposes to be the 8th wonder of the world. It took 12 years to complete with combined efforts of Pakistan and Chinese Engineers and Labourers.
The road goes through one of the most difficult terrains of the world. Describing this road in words is not possible, one has to see it to believe it. The Group will witness the pre-historic and Buddhist inscriptions on the rocks all along the road.
