Day 1: Arrival – Bahrain (Assuming evening flight)
Meet & Assist on arrival. Our airport staff will be waiting at the exit point of the air bridge with the group name on the paging board. Please identify yourself to him. He will assist you through immigration, customs and take you to the coach waiting outside to be transferred to Novotel Al Dana Resort. This resort is built in the traditional architecture and has a small private beach. Dinner at the resort’s Morocan Restaurant with live entertainment. Overnight at the resort.
Day 2: Bahrain
Carting Endurance Experience is at present available only on Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Hence Day 2 should be one of these days. After the breakfast proceed around 8 am to the Bahrain internation racing Circuit for the Carting Experience. The group will be split between teams of 2 to 5 drivers per cart depending upon the group size. There is a 30 minute practice session so that everyone can familiarize themselves with the cart and the track. After a short break, a second 30 minute session is held to determine the grid position. The final endurance race is a 60 minutes marathon where the drivers must rely on team members to put in more laps than the rest. There will be a prize giving and photograph session at the end of the race.
Either before lunch or after, there will be a tour of Bahrain International Circuit showing the following facilities – VIP Tower, Media Centre and Control Room. The tour will not be taken to the actual Grand Prix track.
Lunch at BIC or one of the outside local restaurants. Back to the hotel for rest. Evening at 6.30 pm, proceed to the local market for shopping. Dinner at a Far Eastern Restaurant and back to the resort. Overnight at the resort.
Day 3: Departure – Bahrain
After breakfast check out and keep the luuggage at the clock room. Proceed for a Half day tour, visiting Al Fateh Grand Mosque, Bahrain National Museum, Bahrain Fort, Camel Farm, King Fahad Causeway and Burrial Mounds. Lunch at a Lebanese Restaurant. Proceed to Seef Mall for a last minute shopping of branded items. Evening proceed to airport via the resort, picking up the luggage. Our airport staff will assist check-in. Enjoy shopping at Bahrain Duty Free. Have a safe flight to your destination.
Package cost in USD (Per pax):
US$ 735 per person sharing Double Room. Single Supplement - US$ 175. This rate is for stay at Novotel Al Dana Resort. This resort has limited twin Beds, though for couples there are enough Double rooms available.
If rooms in this resort are not avilable, another option is with one of the 5 star hotels. In such case, the Package Cost is US$ 825 on twin sharin basis. Single supplement is US$ 200

Note: The Tour program may change due to holidays or any unforeseen events. On Fridays, most of the above sites are closed. Carting Endurance Experience is available only on Thursday, Sunday & Monday. Hence the arrival and departure should be planned accorddingly.
