Day 1 - Arrive Ho Chi Minh City
Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, welcome by our guide and transfer to hotel. Dinner is at Le Mekong. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. (Dinner)
Day 2 - Ho Chi Minh City
Today we will have a cooking class at the Vietnam Cookery Center with lunch. The afternoon is for city tour of Ho Chi Minh City. Dinner is at Blue Ginger. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 3 – Vinh Long excursions
Depart Ho Chi Minh City for a scenic morning drive to Cai Be, 100km from Ho Chi Minh City. From Cai Be, take a boat trip along the mighty Mekong River and its tributaries to view the daily lives of people who work and play on the waterways of the Mekong Delta. The trip includes a visit to the floating market at Cai Be, to family-run industry villages making rice paper, ceramic, etc...Visit to a ancient house of Mr. Hai Kien, renovated by Japanese architects on Binh Hoa Phuoc Island. Return to Cai Be in time for lunch at Xeo May Riverside Restaurant. A performance of traditional Vietnamese music is optional. Return to Ho Chi Minh City for a fantastic feast at Rex Garden Restaurant in the famous Rex Hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 4 - Ho Chi Minh City-Danang-Hoi An
After breakfast transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for the short flight to the central port city of Danang. On arrival in Danang, transfer to Hoi An. We will have a walking tour of Hoi An this afternoon. Overnight in Hoi An. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 5 - Hoi An
Participate in another cooking class with lunch. Dinner is at Song Hoai Restaurant. Overnight in Hoi An. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 6 - Hoi An-Hue
After breakfast leave Hoi An for Hue with lunch en route. Dinner is at a local restaurant. Overnight in Hue. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 7 - Hue City tour of Hue with boat trip on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda.
Typical lunch and dinner are at local restaurants. Overnight in Hue. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 8 - Hue-Hanoi
After breakfast transfer to Hue Airport for the flight to Hanoi, the present day capital of Vietnam. After lunch at a typical restaurant, proceed for a visit to the Temple of Literature and take a short sightseeing tour by cyclo to see the Lake of the Restored Sword and the Old Quarter. Dinner in town. Overnight in Hanoi. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 9 - Hanoi
The morning is left free for you to explore this old city on your own pace. After trying a bowl of Pho, Vietnam’s typical noodle for lunch, participate a cooking class with Season of Hanoi Restaurant. In the evening, transfer to Thang Long Theater for a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 10 - Hanoi-Halong Bay
After breakfast leave Hanoi by road for Halong Bay. Arrive in Halong and board the Huong Hai or Bai Tho traditional sailing junk. While cruising along the stunning waters a fresh seafood is served. Visit the newly discovered Surprise Grotto, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Watch the sunset over the bay while enjoying a scrumptious dinner. Overnight on board the shared junk in a private en-suite cabin. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 11 - Halong Bay-Hanoi
Continue to cruise in the bay whilst breakfast is served. Try another lunch before getting back to shore. Transfer back to Hanoi by road and transfer to hotel on arrival. Dinner is at a local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Day 12 - Depart Hanoi
After breakfast transfer to Noi Bai Airport for onward flight. Check out time is at 12.00. (Breakfast)

The tour prices do not include international flights but internal ones, they are Saigon-Danang/Hue-Hanoi on economy class. The tour prices vary depends on the hotel category you choose. The hotel category ranges from 2 star to 5 star. Besides, the more people you travel with, the less you pay.
