Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to a hotel/guest house – (Depending on flight times, there are optional activities today, which include visiting the Uganda wildlife Education center, a walk in the Botanical gardens or a trip to the Chimp island.

Day 2: Today, you will have optional activities; a walk through the beautiful Botanical gardens, a garden which is a 10mins walk from the hotel is located along the shores of Lake Victoria, with the oldest tree – mostly fruit trees are a habitat to many fruit eating bird species. You may also visit the Uganda wildlife education center, and return to the hotel for the overnight Bed & Breakfast.

Day 3: Depart for Jinja en route you will drive through the famous Mabira Forest one of the largest forests in the country, site seeing en route; you will arrive at the Kingfisher lodge in time for lunch. After which you will visit the source of the Nile and the famous Bujaggali falls. Other Optional activities in Jinja, horse riding, water rafting, Quad biking and Bungy jumping; these you can choose what may interest you to do and pay for directly. Overnight at lodge/hotel plus dinner.

Day 4: Depart early for Murchison Falls NP, you will stop over at Masindi town for lunch and a stretch then continue to the park. In the park you will go via the top of the fall, watch Nile waters fall down a narrow gap exhibiting a magnificent view of the falls. You will then continue to lodge/camp overnight – Full Board.

Day 5: An early breakfast this morning, after which you go on the game drive, where you will have an opportunity to view the big game, which include giraffes, lions, elephants and a numerous number of antelopes, you will see the rare Ground hornbill among the many species of birds in the park. After lunch you will go on the boat cruise to the bottom of the magnificent Murchison Falls, en route you will not miss the crocodiles, hippos and more birds. Return to the lodge for the night FB.

Day 6: Depart for Kibale area, through the scenic views covered with the Mt Rwenzori ranges in the back ground, a picnic lunch and you will be arriving late afternoon at Fort Portal town, overnight at a hotel plus dinner.

Day 7: An early chimp trek through the Kibale forest this morning, while looking for chimps you will have opportunities of citing other primates, like the vervet monkey, l’hoest monkey, the baboon, black & white colobus and mammals like the sitatunga, bush pig and the forest elephants. Return to the hotel for meals and overnight.

Day 8: After breakfast today, you will depart for Queen Elizabeth national park, the drive take you through the beautiful scenery of the Rwenzori Mountain ranges, the crater lakes and game. You will continue on to a lodge/camp where you will have your lunch. Relax for the rest of the afternoon, meals and overnight at the lodge/camp.

Day 9: An early morning start today; depart for the game drive and an afternoon cruise on the Kazinga channel, well known for its enormous birdlife and schools of hippos. Then if time allows you will go on a late afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge/camp for the night FB.

Day 10: Travel to Bwindi/Rwanda, border crossing – visa fee of $60 is required. You will stop over for a lunch break, and you will arrive at the lodge/camp late afternoon. You will stay at the lodge for two nights FB, you guide will brief you about the gorilla trek for the next day.

Day 11: Trek Gorilla today – an early breakfast after which you proceed to the park offices for a briefing, then continue on for the trek. We advise you bring with hiking shoes, long pants and long sleeved shirts for the trek. A packed lunch and water is provided by the lodge, after the trek you have the afternoon at leisure, or site seeing around the trading centre. Overnight at the lodge/camp FB.

Day 12: Today you will transfer to Lake Mburo NP, where you will arrive in time for lunch at a lodge/camp, after lunch you will be going for either a boat ride or bush walk or game drive, which ever will be more applicable. Overnight FB at lodge/camp plus dinner.

Day 13: This morning you will go for any activities as may be applicable after breakfast you will depart for Entebbe, a lunch stop and curio shopping en route and you will be transferred to a hotel/guest house for the night BB.

Day 14: Depending on your flight times, you may go on a city tour or any available optional activities, otherwise you will be transferred to airport in time for your departure flight.

Airfare is not included in the tour price.

- Ngamba Island - (optional extra $55.00 p/p).
