The city has a surprising co-existence of old and new as the beautifully restored buildings play host to a young, vibrant crowd. The narrow streets of Obidos are perfect for a walking tour, where we will enjoy the ambiance and variety of the local markets. Everyone will appreciate taste-testing some of the most renowned ports made in the Port Wine Region and then it's time to make our way over the border to Spain, where a whole new adventure awaits. This country is home to one of the best-preserved architectural phenomena in the world; the Aqueduct. One of the most valuable treasures of the Iberian Peninsula and one of the many examples of the legacy the Roman Empire had left behind in Europe, the Aqueduct truly is a sight not soon forgotten.
