Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Meeting of passengers and representatives of the agency at the Belgrade airport “Nikola Tesla“. Transfer to the hotel. Sightseeing of city with a professional tour guide.
Route: The City Parliament, The Federal Parliament, Terazije Square, Republic Square, Students’ Square, Belgrade Fortress, City Gate (“Varos kapija”), New Belgrade, Topcider Hill, Dedinje, Oslobodjenje Square, Slavija Square, Nikola Pasic Square. (Duration 4 hours).
In the evening, visit of old bohemian quarter Skadarlija and dinner in the national restaurant with program which includes actors and musician. With this experience you will feel the spirit of Belgrade from its old times.
Day 2: Sightseeing
Route: Western Serbia. Visit Sremska Mitrovica – Zasavica Special Nature Reserve - Sabac – Loznica - Banja Koviljaca - Sokograd (235 kilometers)
Breakfast is in the hotel. Departure towards Western Serbia region Srem, and city Sremska Mirovica (55 km). Here you will visit ancient Roman city Sirnium and old church nearby. Journey continues to Zasavica Special Nature Reserve (10 km). In this beautiful Natural Reserve you will enjoy a ride on the tourist rowing boat, photo-safari and richness of its floral and fauna – 200 species of plants, 120 species of birds, more than 20 species of fish. Stay in this part of Serbia will embellish gastronomic presentation of traditional dishes prepared by Chefs of Serbian cuisine in authentic traditional restaurant “Cardak” (40 km).
On West Serbia way you will discover unrevealed nature of Sokolske Mountains. Next stop is under Mountain Gucevo, on the riverside of Drina – Banja Koviljaca (80 km), Spa established by King Peter I Karadjordjevic. You will take a coffee brake on beautiful terrace of Villa Dalmacija. Afterwards you will join Evening Prayer in Monastery Sokograd (90 km). You will be accommodated in these beautiful and peaceful surroundings, have dinner and rest.
Day 3: Sightseeing
Route: Sokograd - River Drina valley – National Park Tara – Lake Perucac (100 km)
After breakfast you will attend Morning Prayer and continue towards new excitements we have prepared for you during this trip. Driving through River Drina Valley, you will arrive to National Park Tara (72). Here are Lake Perucac and famous River Drina Lake where boating is privilege for unreal pleasure! Of course, pleasure would not be complete without good, traditional meal in restaurant “Drina”. Rest of the day you will spend as convenient to you. We are suggesting hiking, bird watching, fishing, or you can discover something new!
Accommodation is in 3-star Hotel “Omorika”, and you can use all hotels’ amenities.
Day 4: Sightseeing
Route: National Park Tara - Mokra Gora - Sarganska Osmica – Film village Drvengrad – Ethno village Sirogojno (60 km)
After breakfast group leaves hotel “Omorika” and continuing, crosswise mountains and National Park Tara towards Mokra Gora (50 km). Here you will enjoy in Sarganska Osmica, narrow-gage railroad, shaped in number eight, 15 kilometers long, with 22 tunnels, many viaducts and bridges which represents the greatest tourist attraction in Europe at the moment. You will board the old type train “Cira” and drive along spectacular places and views.
Also, you will visit film village Drvengrad (Wooden town) where our famous film director Emir Kusturica made his film “Zivot je cudo” (Life is a miracle), and watch the projection of his latest documentary film. Lunch is planned in the ethno restaurant of this unique film village and maybe, during lunch, Emir Kusturica will personally come to welcomes you.
Journey continues towards mountain of golden pines – Zlatibor and next cultural and historical attraction – ethno village Sirogojno where you will be accommodated.
Day 5: Sightseeing
Route: Zlatibor - Uzice - Cacak - Kraljevo - Vrnjacka Banja (105 km)
Panoramic sightseeing of Mountain Zlatibor is planned after breakfast, and through city Užice, way leads to Ovcarsko-Kablarska Gorge, Serbian Holy Mountain (66 km). Here you will visit few monasteries and have a lunch in one of them. Journey continues in West Morava River Valley towards Kraljevo and Vrnjacka Banja, spa where you will be accommodated in Hotel “Fontana” (40 km). In the evening you will have some spare time and time for rest. Vrnjacka Banja, well known Serbian tourist spot, is situated below Mountain Goc, and nearby spa there are many natural beauties, cultural and historical heritage of old Serbia, from the regency of Dynasty Nemanjic.
Day 6: Sightseeing
Route: Vrnjacka Banja – Kraljevo – Monastery Studenica - Vrnjacka Banja
(80 km x 2)
After breakfast in a hotel, you will be taken to one-day jaunt. Since you are staying in South Serbia, by Kraljevo, you will visit one of the most important monasteries from XII century – Monastery Studenica (80 km). This Monastery is one of the UNECO World Heritage Sites. Trustee of Monastery Studenica is Stefan Nemanja and Dynasty Nemanjic.
Also, this is the birthplace of Serbian art and literature, and founder stone of Serbian culture. In Monastery compound there are Church of Our Blessed Lady, Church of St. Nikola, King’s Church, monastery treasury, and dinning room where you should take a brake and try monastery wine, honey and meals from monastery kitchen.
You will return through Ibar River Valley to Vrnjacka Banja and hotel (80 km).
Spare time in the afternoon you can use for walking, visiting thermal springs, or wellness programs.
Day 7: Sightseeing
Route: Vrnjacka Banja – Krusevac – Beograd (250 km)
After breakfast you are leaving to Belgrade. On way from Vrnjacka Banja you will visit Monastery Zica (XIII) charitable foundation of Stefan Prvovencani where in accordance with tradition the keeper of the Seal of old Serbian state is; then in the direction of Krusevac you will visit female monastery Ljubostinja (the XVth century), charitable foundation of Empress Milica (the wife of Serbian prince Lazar) which is one of the most important monuments of the Morava school and the Monastery Ravanica (the XIVth century), where the relics of Serbian Prince Lazar have been kept.
On the way back to Belgrade, we will have lunch in national restaurant. Not far away from well-known Resavska cave, the road leads us to better - known monastery of Manasija from the XVth century, famous for its Resava copyist school.
Arrival at Belgrade is planned in the evening hours. Accommodation in the hotel and spare time preparing for next day and new excitements.
Day 8: Sightseeing
Route: Belgrade - Fruska Gora - Sremski Karlovci - Novi Sad – Belgrade
(85 km x 2)
After breakfast in a hotel, you will be taken to one-day jaunt to Fruska Gora, Sremski Karlovci and Novi Sad.
Fruska Gora – Serbian Sacred hill with even twelve monasteries among which the monastery Krusendol is the most famous (the XVI th century) and it used to be the residence of Serbian archbishops. Further on, the road leads us to Sremski Karlovci ( 7 km ) where Patriarch’s Court is, as well as St. Nicola’s Church and lots of art monuments and that’s the reason for calling it Serbian St. Andreja on the Danube!
Here, you can find famous known wine cellars and in one of the oldest, we will have wine tasting.
The great finale of this trip is in Novi Sad sightseeing the sights of the town, sightseeing Petrovaradin Fortress which has a good ‘memory’ and ‘knows’.
Spending a time in Serbia and not tasting fish specialties would be such a shame. We will have lunch in fish restaurant on the Danube coast with national music "tamburasi", after which we will return to Belgrade (85 km).

Day 9: Sightseeing
Route: Belgrade
Breakfast. Free time until transfer to the airport. Departure.
