Your Itinerary
Day 1: Bangkok – Yangon (-/-/-)
Transfer from hotel to the airport for own morning flight to Yangon, flying time approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Arrive Yangon Airport where you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Afterwards visit Sule Pagoda & City Hall, Karaweik Hall & the Royal Barge on Kandawgyi Royal Lake, & Chaukhtatkyi, The Reclining Buddha. Sunset visit to the Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the most magnificent Buddhist shrines in the world.
Day 2: Yangon - Bagan (B/-/-)
After early breakfast transfer to airport for own morning flight to Bagan. Arrive Nyaung U airport and transfer to hotel. Then explore the ancient pagodas & temples including Mingalazedi, Gawdawpalin, Shwezigon, Kyansittha Umin, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi, Htilominlo, Ananda, Thatbyinnyu and also local lacquerware workshops. Then Shwesandaw, Shinpin Thalyaung, Myinkaba village, Manuha, Nanpaya, and finally to Ywa Haunggyi temple to see the fantastic sunset over the Ayeyarwaddy river.
Day 3: Bagan - Mandalay – Amarapura (B/-/-)
Morning transfer to airport for own flight to Mandalay. Arrive Mandalay Airport and proceed to Amarapura and the famous Mahaghandayon Monastery, where the monks learn and practice meditation. Then visit U Bein wooden bridge & traditional silk & cotton weaving workshops. Drive to Mandalay and check-in to hotel. Afterwards visit Mahamyatmuni Pagoda, Kuthodaw Pagoda & Shwekyaung, the famed Zegyo market and then a panoramic sunset view from the top of Mandalay Hill.
Day 4: Mandalay - Heho – Pindaya – Inle (B/-/-)
Morning transfer to airport for own flight to Heho, then take a scenic drive to Pindaya to visit Shwe U Min Pagoda (Golden Cave Pagoda) & its lake and then see the production of Shan paper parasols at local workshops. Continue to Nyaung Shwe to take a private boat transfer to your hotel on Inle lake.
Day 5: Inle (B/-/-)
A full-day lake tour with the possibility of visiting the five-day market in the early morning. Visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, Nga Phe Chaung Jumping Cats Monastery and silk weaving workshops at Inpawkon village.
Day 6: Inle – Heho - Yangon (B/-/-)
Drive back to Heho in the morning for own flight to Yangon. Visit the National Museum and go shopping at Bogyoke (Scott) Market the busiest & liveliest in Yangon. Evening visit to Chinatown & the fruit market.
Day 7: Bagan – Yangon (B/-/-)
Transfer to airport for own departure flight.
