Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Belgrade
Arrival of the group. Accomodation in the hotel. Dinner. Free time.
Overnight.
Day 2: Novi Sad Sremski Karlovci Palic
Breakfast in the hotel. Departure from the hotel. We continue our trip towards Novi Sad.
Visit to the old city lake of Novi Sad (Sloboda Square, Orthodox Church, Vladicinski Palace, City Hall, Cathedral, Dunavska Street, Nikolajevska Church, Serbian National Theatre, Mladenacki (Newlyweds) Square, bridges on the Danube, Sahat Tower), Petrovaradin Fortress.
After break, we will visit Sremski Karlovci, the center of Serbian spiritual and secular power. Visit to Orthodox Church, Patriarchate Court, Main Square and Gymnasium of Karlovci. Degustation of wine in one of the old wine cellars in Karlovci and lunch in Kod 4 lava Restaurant with good dining table of Vojvodina.
Departure to Palic in the evening. Dinner at "Majkin salas", in national restaurant.
Overnight at "Cvetni salas".
Day 3: Palic Dundjerski Castle
Breakfast. Visit the lake and park, one of the most beautiful in Serbia. We suggest driving by lake or riding bicycles through the beautiful baroque park. Continue to the famous castle of Dundjerski family Fantast (1919). Visitors will hear a romantic story about this castle and love between Bogdan Dundjerski and beautiful Mara. There is a possibility of riding horses from the horse farm that is within this castle. This castle became one of the trademarks of Vojvodina thanks to its beauty. Traditional Vojvodina's dinner and national music "tamburasi".
Overnight.
Day 4: Dundjerski castle - Kovilj Fruska Gora - Belgrade
Breakfast. Departure to Kovilj. A visit to the monastery of Kovilj. Degustation of famous Kovilj's brandies ("rakija") and honey from the monastery, and a visit to a house of Laza Kostic (1841-1910), one of the greatest Serbian poets who wrote one of the most beautiful love poems dedicated to Lenka Dundjerski "Santa Maria de la Sallute".
Continue our trip for a visit to two of seventeen Fruska Gora's monasteries. The monastery Krusedol was built from 1509 to 1516. During history it frequently suffered from destruction, followed by reconstruction. The monastery Grgeteg was built from 1465 to 1485.
Arrival in Belgrade.
Acommodation in hotel. Dinner. Overnight.
Day 5: Breakfast. Transfer from the hotel to the airport. Departure of the group.
