Stand in front of the Taj Mahal, also known as "a dream in marble", and it seems realistic to imagine the 20, 000-man taskforce that was responsible for constructing it over 21 years. Gaze at the peaks of the Himalayan ranges that run along northern Nepal; a particular amazement is Mount Machhapuchhare, which has never been climbed because of it is considered sacred by locals. Meet the exiled Tibetans that live in their refugee camp in Nepal, or the many citizens that make up the bustling crowds of Delhi, India. The architectural styles throughout both of these two countries provide an excellent cross-section of a fascinating history that has spanned centuries.
