In the carefully maintained gardens, the enormous swimming pool is perfect for swimming a few lengths or simply taking a refreshing dip, and there are plenty of sun loungers dotted around the pool and amongst the olive trees for guests to relax in the sunshine. The courtyard gardens and terraces are the perfect spot for al fresco dining, whilst inside there is a large sitting room and further dining space for cooler evenings outside the summer season.

This day starts with a delicious, fresh, cleansing juice and a choice of a yoga class or a run in the countryside as the sun warms the landscape. By breakfast time you will be feeling supple and energised and ready for fresh fruit, home made muesli and freshly squeezed juices. An excellent kick-start for both your day and your health and fitness plans. We may then head out for a morning of hiking, enjoying the exhilaration of the walk, the stunning scenery, and the classic aromas of the Spanish hills. These activities will invigorate your body and stimulate your metabolism and are tailored to all levels of fitness so everyone can join in at their own pace.
After a light, fresh, detoxifying lunch, the afternoons are varied and, depending on the day and your personal in:spa programme may include small group yoga instruction, personal fitness training or nutritional consultations. In addition, a regular massage will help to relax, restore and prepare you for the week's activities. There will also be time to soak up the sun by the swimming pool, enjoy a good book or explore the stunning countryside around the Monastery.
