Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: After arrival to the International Airport, will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Next we will take you to the main attractions in the most cosmopolitan city in Central America. During our tour you will visit the National Palace of the culture; the Central Plaza; metropolitan cathedral. We will take you to 4 grados Norte, a newly remodeled area. During the afternoon we will visit the Popol Vuh and Ixchel museums.
Day 2: In the morning depart for Antigua Guatemala to enjoy breakfast. Antigua Guatemala, the former Spanish Colonial Capital of the country was designated by UNESCO a World Heritage Site and national monument of the Americas. Our tour includes visits to San Francisco Church, Capuchinas Convent, Central Plaza, Calle del Arco, La Merced Church and the Handcraft market. In the evening return to your hotel.
Day 3: Thursday and Sunday. Early in the morning depart towards one of the highlights of the living Maya highlands, Chichicastenango. Along the road enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the many Indian villages. In Chichicastenango visit the second largest outdoor market in Latin America; Santo Tomas church; morerķas and Cerro Pascual Abaj. During the afternoon back to your hotel in Guatemala City.
Day 4: Transfer to the airport 3 hours before departure time.
