A days drive back to Arusha. This is a very scenic drive and will take you through a couple of Maasai villages where there will have the options of exploring. There is also the chance to do more cycling this day, if your legs are still strong. Accommodation at a bed & breakfast lodge in Arusha town.

- Day 14

Your flight leaves in the evening so you have time for a relaxing day in and around Arusha or just chill out at the lodge getting all your last minute shopping together. Transfer back to the airport.

* Maji Moto camp is a village campsite which we make our own, putting up a comfortable tented camp. It is situated 20minutes drive from Kilimanjaro airport under huge fig trees which have grown up around a natural fresh water spring. Swimming is allowed and the location is close to local villages and is handy for afternoon walks/ cycles. A wonderful view of Kilimanjaro is had most morning and evenings. (weather permitting!)

Bush Camps are exactly as you would expect! The tents are set up close to a local village or where ever the cycling has us finish that day.

Village campsites are sites designated by the local village and may have water and long drop toilets available. National Park campsites have water and toilets and are usually quite busy.

On all our trips we carry a shower tent & toilet tent. You sleep on mattresses placed on camp beds. Lighting is by Kerosene lamps and sleeping bags can be provided.
