The Retreat is somewhere you can relax and unwind in a beautiful, supportive, healing environment and allow yourself to let go of anything that stands in the way of your optimum health and happiness. We provide a full spectrum healing process that aims to uplift you, physically, mentally and spiritually. Our programs integrate deep internal cleansing with modern energetic and physical healing techniques.
We combine the latest technical equipment with ancient and traditional therapies. We use yoga, meditation and Chi Gung to integrate the entire process. 7.00 - Meditation
8.00 - Coconut water/ juice/ fruit/ anti oxidants
8.15 - Chi Gung or Yoga
9.30 - Colon cleansing drink followed by daily consultation
10.30 - Lymphasizing then check Ph. and balance with vitamin C and alkalizing agents
11.00 - Far Ir Sauna
11.30 - Ozone insuflation
PM 12.00 - Super green shake followed by Bio magnetic energy therapy
1.00 - Colon cleansing drink and rest
2.30 - Swimming and snorkeling/ Ph balanced vitamin C/ liver detox herbs
3.30 - Coconut water/ juice/ Super liquid B vitamins
4.00 - Massage
5.00 - Colon cleansing drink followed by Meditation/ Health counseling/ Discourse
6.00 - Vegetable broth/ Ginger tea/ Super Greens
7.00 - Herbal steam/ Blood cleansing herbs
8.00 - Bowel flush drink.
Fly to Denpassar, Bali. It is best to go via Singapore or Bangkok, Singapore Airlines is recommended. All transfers from the airport are included in the price. If your flight arrives after 7:00pm then an overnight stay in a hotel is required before transferring to the Retreat in the morning. The cost of the hotel in these circumstances is not included.
