Your visit begins with an in-depth consultation for you to share whatever is on your mind. From here we devise your program to match your length of stay. We specialize in short break retreats – 2, 3 or 5 nights. However, retreats of up to 7 nights and longer can be provided if you need deep rest.

Vibrational Essence Therapy. As an entirely natural way to balance well-being, essences are nature’s catalysts to change life patterns, mind sets and emotional responses which fuel your dis-ease and life problems. They help you peel off layers of suffering and de-clutter your mind without force, overwhelm or side effects, to reconnect with inner peace, happiness and health. Ancient in origin, essences have been used for thousands of years by indigenous cultures. Dr. Edward Bach began developing the first modern flower essences in the 1920's, the famous Bach Flower Remedies, of which Rescue Remedy is the most well known.
Floral acupuncture. Floral acupuncture is a topical body treatment using essences on key meridian points. It supports and even speeds up the physical response to the changing energy of your mind with essences. This treatment is gentle in application but delivers profound results, beneficial for conditions such as: stress, back pain, menstrual problems, fertility issues, immune deficiencies, allergies, and migraines.
Therapeutic energy flow massage. Gentle touch and stroking movements to stimulate (meridian) energy flow, cleanse the system and relax the body (involving essential oils and vibrational essences). Helps to integrate the mind and body work you experience here.
Mindfulness meditation. For moment to moment awareness to move beyond the mind's busy activity and emotional turbulence into profound peace and expanded awareness. Every day we are bombarded with more information and stimulation than our ancestors encountered during entire lifetimes. Not surprisingly, the number of people suffering from stress, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic health problems is on the rise. Laughter yoga. Learn how to use laughter - the great healer - with yogic breathing exercises – to help depression, significantly reduce stress and lower blood pressure, even asthma and allergies.Started by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995 after researching the medical benefits of laughter, he gathered a group of patients and friends in his local park every week to tell jokes. When the jokes had all been told, Dr Kataria developed a series of laughter exercises, taking in principles of yoga to help people find good health and well-being through laughing. Just 5 people in India joined him in 1995 – and today there are over 6000 laughter clubs worldwide.
