This is a privately owned residential yoga retreat offering yoga and detox holidays for small groups of up to 14 people. We are ideally placed in one of the most enchanting and beautiful regions in Andalucia, between the highest mountains in Spain and the Mediterranean Sea. This is a home-from-home for people who love beauty, yoga, tranquility, and above all, a place to be yourself. A dynamic yoga retreat is a rare opportunity to let go and be truly and effortlessly yourself. Yoga offers health benefits for everyone: enhanced metabolism, reduced stress hormone, improved lymphatic action, anti-ageing, weight-loss and improved sleep. Yoga classes adopt a workshop style approach to deepen individual understanding. Beginners are always welcome. Delicious summer food is freshly made from locally grown organic produce, combining a healthy balance of raw and cooked ingredients. Afternoons are for lazing by the pool, or snoozing in a hammock with a good book, or receiving a deeply relaxing massage. For the more active, we can arrange horse riding in the mountains, or a guided walk through medieval white villages in the Alpujarra hills Every afternoon you can book a session with one of our holistic therapists: Thai yoga massage, Chinese acupuncture, aromatherapy massage, deep tissue massage, chiropractic adjustment, and intuitive kinesiology. Beauty treatments are also available.
