We are a small and personal language school for adults. We are open all year round and specialise in one-to-one tuition and teaching in groups. Our classes are small (max.8 participants)and teaching is student-centred. Participants receive a warm welcome and quickly gain confidence expressing themselves regardless of their level.
Our teaching team has worldwide experience in language teaching. Teachers, office staff and students get to know each other well and always enjoy a chat in and out of school. Students are encouraged to meet with locals, share their storied and experience Irish life by being part of it. We are located just outside Wexford town in a castle building overlooking the river Slaney and the Blackstairs Mountains. With approximately 20.000 inhabitants Wexford is a friendly and lively coastal town in the Southeast, the sunniest part of Ireland.
Faculty Information:
Our Courses provide participants, whether beginners or advanced, with the opportunity to build on their language skills and gain confidence in a relaxed and creative environment. We develop the student's listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Our language tutors meet on a regular basis to monitor the learner's progress and modify classes accordingly. We use a wide variety of teaching materials, many of them developed 'in-house', which can be adopted to suit each participant. An extensive extracurricular programme complements some of our courses. Staff at our school personally accompany all activities and trips. We provide accompanied afternoon/evening activities on three days per week. From the beginning of May to the end of October we also organise weekly daytrips to places of interest on Weekends, i.e. to Kilkenny The Hook Lighthouse, The Saltee Islands, Glendalough

Accommodation
Full board with a local family: All our families have been inspected by our school director. Some of our families are approved B&Bs which guarantee en suite bedrooms of good quality. We do our utmost to match each student with the most suitable family. Students will be provided with breakfast, a packed lunch and an evening meal.
Please inform us of any special requirements you may have, if you are a vegetarian, allergic to cats or dogs, etc.
Residential Accommodation in the heart of Wexford Town: Residential Accommodation is available in the heart of Wexford town. Students will have their own bedroom in a modern refurbished town house. The house is located only 5 minutes walk from the bus/train station, supermarket, main shopping centre, pubs and cinema. The house compromises of three bedrooms, dining/living area and a spacious bathroom (bath and shower). Telephone, TV, video recorder, washing machine, dryer, cooker, fridge, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery available. Electricity and heating are included in the price.
The Manor House: If you require quality accommodation in a relaxing scenic location, this is the right choice for you. You can take it easy in the mornings as the accommodation is located right beside our language school. The Heritage Park with its renowned restaurant is in walking distance. If you require an evening meal please book with James or Ester Caulfield at least one day in advance. Packed lunches (e.g. sandwich, fruit, mineral water) can be provided.
Self-catering accommodation: Three and four star approved self-catering apartments are also available. These apartments are located close to the town centre of Wexford. The apartments are furnished to the highest standards with unique individual decoration. The fully fitted kitchens include: dishwasher, microwave oven, washing machine & dryer, full size cooker along with toaster and all appliances. All apartments are located in the town centre.
B&B, Hotels: Due to the wide selection of accommodation in the vicinity, individual tastes and needs are assured to be met. We will be pleased to make a booking for you. Administration fee (non-refundable): €50
