A one week long C.Y.A. (Canadian Yachting Association) certified program. Recommended for all children 12 years and older, and/or weighing at least 80 lbs. Bring bathing suit, towel and an old pair of sneakers.
Includes all equipment: Windsurfer, complete wetsuit and lifejacket. There are changing rooms, shower facilities, lockers, lecture rooms and a restaurant serving hot and cold meals.
Level I: Novice
The Basic Windsurfing Program, including theory, steering, tacking, windforce, weather prediction, simulator training, knots and hitches, launching, storage, self-rescue techniques, safety rules and right of way rules.

Level II: Intermediate
The objective of Windsure's Level II Youth Camp is to teach students higher level windsurfing skills. Such skills include boom tacks, power jybes, beach starts, as well as an emphasis on upwind sailing. Students will also learn how to use a harness. Formal evaluations are conducted at the end of each course giving students a sense of achievement and skill level.

Youth week on the water
Windsurfing in the morning... Skimboarding, Kayaking or Sailing in the afternoon.

Full day windsurfing and skimboarding or Kayaking combo:
This is a fun full day program run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in conjunction with Macsailing and Ecomarine Ocean Kayak Centre
Participants can choose between Windsurfing, Skimboarding, Sailing or Kayaking in the morning and afternoon.
