The school is located in the centre of Madrid. We offer a wide range of Spanish courses for foreigners during the whole year. Courses start every Monday and run from one week up to a whole year. Come to Madrid in summer and sign up for one of our Spanish summer courses. Our Spanish summer courses are for stays between one up to twelve weeks. We also offer packages which include Spanish summer course and accommodation.
Faculty Information:
You can take courses between 20 and 30 + 5 classes / week, which means 4 up to 7 classes / day. After your course you join our activities or spend your time with friends you just met at our school.
Other Activities:
Thanks to organized trips and excursions, our school offers you the chance to get to know Madrid and its surroundings better. E.g. you can visit magical cities, like Toledo, Segovia or Cuenca; or see the splendour of the old Spanish empire in El Escorial, and the luxurious palaces of Aranjuez and Riofrío. We also organize excursions to the country side, where you can relax and enjoy in nature.
The school organizes Spanish movie sessions free of charge to our students. Famous directors include Pedro Almodóvar, Alejandro Amenábar, Alex de la Iglesia, Vicente Aranda, as well as actors, like Antonio Banderas, Penélope Cruz or Victoria Abril. We want to provide you the opportunity to watch Spanish movies in your spare time. Most of the movies have subtitles, so that you can understand them better. The school also has a collection of videos and DVD´s that you could view after your classes.
Do you want to learn how to dance the salsa, mambo or tango? Maybe sevillanas? Together with the dance school Centro de Danza Karen Taft, we offer you a wide and interesting range of dance courses. This well established and famous dance school will teach you how to move to the Southern rythms, and to feel and express the music.
Spanish Tapas and Wine are getting world-famous. Inhispania offers you the chance to know them better with special evenings. Get to know more things than tortilla and paella.
Each month the school organizes an exhibition of young Spanish artists. At the opening of these exhibitions, the artists come to the school and explain to the students their tecniques and the creative process. In this way, our center wants to promote young Spanish art and offer a platform for young and upcoming artists exhibit their work.
Facility Information:
During your time with us, you can stay at one of our shared (student) apartments, where you meet many other students from all over the world.
