Cooking down in the welcoming cool of the cellar we have a private area for your lesson. On the menu today is fresh tagliatelle with a tomato sugo and agnolotti with burnt butter and sage, using the finest semolina flour and fresh Hunter Valley eggs.
We offer classes either in the Hunter or at any venue of your choice. We will customize an experience to meet your budget and needs, be they motivational, a reward for a job well done, team building, or just sticky fun.
Eating while you're cleaning the dough off your hands, your hosts from our place are preparing lunch. Finish the afternoon lingering over the pasta you made. Learn the characteristics and desirable qualities of an extra virgin olive oil. Then sample a range of local Hunter and regional olive oils and vote for your favorite.

At our school you will receive the personal attention of our Chefs; they will be your personal guide to the cuisine of Italy.
Other Activities:
You will have the possibility to taste delicious food, participating at its preparation within hands-on cooking classes. Stay at several wonderful cottages.
