This program is for those who appreciate “good food” rich of fragrance and tempting taste of mushrooms and truffles. In addition to the language course, you feel the emotion to go into the woods, searching truffles, you shall be guided by the exceptional scent of the dog and with the help of an expert searcher; you feel the emotion of searching and discovering of one of the most dainty product of the Italian cuisine.
We offer two options of this course: Group course or Individual course.
A) Group Course, weekly program:
Monday: 8.30 – 12.30 and 14,00 – 16,00 Italian Language Group course
Tuesday: Morning, truffle’s searching. Afternoon, visit to “La Verna”.
Wednesday: 8.30 – 12.30 and 14,00 – 16,00 Italian Language Group course. 18.00 Cooking lesson “Handmade pasta” Tagliatelle.
Thursday: 8.30 – 12.30 Italian Language Group course
14.00 Excursion to Bertinoro. Visit to some vineyards with local wine and olive oil tasting.
Friday: Morning Truffle’s searching. 14.00 – 16.00 Italian Language Group Course
B) Individual course, weekly program:

Faculty Information:
Personalized assistance is offered to each student. The student is treated as an individual, and flexible and friendly assistance offered by the school staff enables him to feel immediately at home. All our teachers are only native speakers, experienced in teaching Italian as a foreign language.
Other Activities:
After class, you have the possibility to relax in the wonderful countryside that surrounds you. You may wish to go horse - riding, or discover the beauty of the mountains on a mountain bike. You may prefer to do some trekking through the Sasso Fratino forest which is part of the National Park. (This park was the first entirely natural reserve in Italy). Sports: swimming pool, horse riding, tennis, trekking, mountain-biking, soccer, fitness, archery.
