Join Head Chef, Paul Burns, and our expert mushroom supplier to learn about edible funghi. Meet in the hotel lounge on Friday evening for an introduction before enjoying dinner in the restaurant. After breakfast on Saturday morning, the party will visit the first of our secret location near the hotel where you can pick your own mushrooms under expert guidance.
Return to the hotel at lunch time after which, the second excursion will be to another mushroom location for more picking. Then we return to the hotel where you can relax prior to dinner in the restaurant (a mushroom themed menu). Enjoy breakfast the following morning with departure by 11am.
Head Chef, Paul Burns has won many awards. Most recently he as achieved Gold standard with Eat Scotland (one of only 6 restaurants in Scotland) and won Scottish Hotel Restaurant of The Year 2007.
