Our aim is to offer a complete service to our students. Most of our families live only an hour or two from London with all its attractions. Our teachers are very experienced and caring and ready to improve your written and spoken English and you will have plenty of opportunity to practice both listening and talking at meals and during the evening.
Choose from one to one intensive courses at the home of your qualified TEFL Teacher or in small groups of 2 to 16 students.Also available is business English or general tuition with some visits to places of historical and cultural importance. We can also arrange for you to enjoy your favorite sport or hobby while you are here - in English of course. We would like to attract students of all ages, from all countries to the South East of England to improve their English. We offer courses to suit all budgets and levels.
We can offer these programs:
* Under 18 years – one to one or 2 to one or groups of 4
* Over 18’s – adults – singles or couples – or groups of 4
* Programs with sports and cultural activities
* Business English combined with activities of your choice.
Specialized programs concentrating on specific needs such as:
1. Preparing for a particular presentation or job interview
2. Preparing for examinations such as BULATS, IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL and GMAT.
Faculty Information:
All our teachers are very experienced and patient. Homestay lessons are taken in the tutor's home and outings to local places of interest are with the tutor and meals are taken with the tutor's family so plenty of conversation. Summer school students also get the opportunity to practice speaking and listening with their own host families. The school's classrooms are all close to the host families' homes.
Other Activities:
Students will be able to choose from the following activities. Sport. Tennis, mini golf, swimming, ten pin bowling, and Knockhatch activity centre. Places to visit. Canterbury, London, Portsmouth, Arundel, Brighton and Leeds Castle on whole day excursions. Half day outings to Rye and Hastings, Battle and Abbey, Kipling's Batemans, Herstmonceux Castle and Science centre, Brighton Dome and Pavilion. Or of course relax on the beach with a good English book.
Facility Information:
All the host families will provide full board accommodation and most have internet access and are experienced and caring and have taught and looked after hundreds of students over the years. One to one tuition takes place in the family home and outings are with members of the family so there is plenty of opportunity to listen to and practice speaking your English. The summer school classrooms are all in the Bexhill area and after lessons the groups will come together for outings and activities.
