Even Louis Pasteur said" "Wine is the most healthful and hygienic of beverages". Scientists, doctors, the intelligentsia and all the wine producing regions of the world endorse this wise statement. Wine is one of the first things that man made; its origins are lost in the mists of time. But through history, wine has played an important part in religious ceremonies, as a medicine and sometimes even as an antiseptic. Wine has been known to be a water purifier besides converting a simple meal into a feast. Wine has converted its uses into being a friend as well as a great comfort to soothe the body and mind.
