UK NPPL Microlight Courses from beginner to instructor level. The first UK CAA approved school abroad which was established in 1985 by Gerry Breen, hang gliding and microlight pioneer and world champion, who has over 20,000 hours flying microlights. A friendly school which has had no serious accidents in 26 years, we pride ourselves on training pilots to a high standard. Situated in the West Algarve, Portugal Lagos boasts great flying weather, beautiful scenery, beaches and attractions for all the family. All of our aircraft have Rotax 912 engines and we run courses on a Quantum 912 weightshift or flex wing; 3-axis fixed wing:- an X-Air, a Pioneer 200 and a CTSW; an X-Air Amphibian float plane and ballooning.
